The meaning behind the Year of the Horse.

Did you know that 2014 is the year of the horse?

That is amazing, it was meant to be to take this journey together this year. With the focus this year being on the horse, it is our time to allow the horse to be our teacher.

As you make your intentions and choices on your path for the year, I hope you will put a big star next to connecting with the horse.

We have some great retreats and workshops coming together for this year so be sure to keep your eyes out on what will be to come.

I am excited as we start into this new year, and walk forward through this year with the horse.

Take a look at what the meaning for this year, the year of the horse holds.

The horse symbolizes – Travel, Freedom and Power.

The horse is associated with both burial rites and birth. It is said horses carry people into and out of this world upon them.

Legends speak of the clairvoyance of horses. They are symbols that can express the magical side of humans.

The horse brings with it new journeys.

“It will teach you how to ride into new directions to awaken and discover your own freedom and power.” Ted Andrews

The questions that the horse brings up in life is:

Are you feeling constricted? Do you need to move on or allow others to move on? Is it time to assert your freedom and your power in new areas?

Are you doing your part to assist civilization within your own environment?

This is going to be an exciting year to be open to the journey and what the horse holds.
