Meet Raven. Beautiful. Talented. Royally bred. But

Meet Raven.
Beautiful. Talented. Royally bred.
But her heart somewhere has been hurt, so she hides it.
Her trust does not come easy, and when earned can be easily lost, moving too fast, or ignoring her feelings... she freezes and goes back inside.
Like so many women I know.
She is constantly scanning her surroundings to be sure she is safe.
Over and over again I call her attention back to me to assure her I have her back... it feels like she wants to believe me but she is struggling to believe if she doesn't watch... who will?
She questions herself and her worth.
I long for her to know how very much I love her.
That she was bought for at a price and I will never let her go.
I sometimes get lost in her eyes, as we bare each other scars.
6 horses. 6 teachers. 6 reflections of a part of me.
Raven is my teacher. She teaches me daily that courage is not always bold like a warrior. Courage is sometimes putting your heart in another's hands.

A lot of trainers call this a method,⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
there are TONS of methods out in the world today⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
and some really good ones.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But here’s the secret to the secret, for the most part⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
(and I had to spend $1000s of dollars to travel⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

we need to "be".⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You've been told things like⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
"make the wrong thing hard, make the right thing easy".⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
