Day 1: Reflect & Let Go

Before we can get into creating our goals and visions for the new year, first, you need to let go and have closure of the past. In this powerful, guided exercise you will do a quick review of the past year, hold on to the lessons you need and let go of the rest for a fresh start.
Your challenge for today: Complete the exercise (take as long as you need)
Remember this challenge is for you… there is no right or wrong way to do things. Do what you can… leave the rest… there is no behind… just keep moving forward!

Happy New Year!!!

Day 2: Believe

Discover the “Equestrian Pathfinder Process” so you can discover what you truly want, where you are today, uncover limiting beliefs that are holding you back, & make a clear plan… all on one page to make true progress
meaning you will have a different level of confidence & belief in yourself,
because you can see you have what it takes to do whatever it is you want to do.
I will be giving you lots more examples to help you break down your steps for column 3 coming up

**YOUR MONDAY JANUARY 2ND, 2023 ASSIGNMENT...

today's theme is "dream" and we meet live here live tonight for our challenge, but in the meantime...**
This is a lesson from several years ago for a different challenge, but I feel like it is so important and frames us for success today.
Our challenge is about bringing more purpose, clarity and ease into our lives... I believe that starts with finding our true selves with a new sense of balance>>> read this important lesson >>> and post in the comments... see you here in the group at 7 pm central ⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇
Several years back we were getting ready to start a challenge in our HorseGirl.me group. I got up ready to rumble & send out all the challenge details and low and behold after adding a backup drive to the computer a few days earlier, I found my computer decided to rename all 4 of the drives, making it impossible for me to find anything in a timely manner.
My drives or compartments that I stored all my data, projects, notes etc. have had the same names for years, so when I looked at them they were all scrambled to me.
The data is all the same but my brain couldn't compute.
And when I would open a file, the computer couldn't find the right images because they had different locations.
So I had to keep searching.
I was so frustrated.
The voices in my head went to cussing me out because I was late in delivering my email and keeping my promises to everyone.
I took a pause to make more coffee & said a little prayer
(you do know all things are possible with coffee & God right? Add maybe also hair color & colorstay lipstick, oh and a good horse, of course)
Mmmmmm.... wait a second.
I had today's lesson all wrong.
I was set to deliver alllll the stuff that morning. What we were "doing".
But this is not about "doing" it is about "being".
So in the new mindset that all things happen for a reason and for our highest good, I know it was meant to be.
So that day I made a shift in the way I start these challenges.

THE ASSIGNMENT TO START OFF IS TO REMEMBER.

You are like, "what? that's not a good challenge"
But, just trust me, this is important. Just remember.
If we are going to "Find Her" and find our best selves we have to remember who that is.
Remember a time when you were at your best.
That could mean your happiest day, or your most heroic day, or patient day.
For some of us, it was the day we had our babies.
Or gave the last $5 in our wallets to a stranger.
Maybe a moment you just sat still filled with gratitude.
The day you chose love over the fear of getting hurt.
It doesn't matter how big or small.
There is a hero in you.
You have had 1000 days or many more when you were that "girl".
Right now I am asking you to think of one.
Tomorrow we will start the "doing".
Today let's search the hard drives in our minds that might have misnamed where things belong and made them hard to find.
But they are still there.

"GO FIND HER".

Write down the memory. Don't hold back. Don't cover your awesomeness or downplay it. Be brave and share it on this post. No humbleness is necessary. NO HIDING. No comparison. This is not a competition this is a journey.
Maybe the most important one of your life.
I know it is mine.
I will leave you with this quote...

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”Marianne Williamson, A Return To Love

Be brave and share your memory on this post
(and don't worry about judgment, if anyone was ever one bit nonsupportive, Mama Bear Jenny will come out & put a stop to it)
I love you.❤

Day 3: Dream

You have to know what you truly want in life to go in and get it.

Day 3 of your challenge focuses on clarity & vision, but it’s not all about “getting” it is more about being and living a life that
aligns with your values.

After today’s powerful exercises, you will walk away with a reminder to keep in front of you,
so you will defeat self-doubt, meaning you won’t wonder anymore about your ability to create and live the life you love.

Day 4: PLAN

Horse goals are mental, spiritual, physical, emotional, time-consuming & financial. It’s a lot to juggle.
Today, on Day 4 you will look at the secrets of successfully breaking down your horse goals into action steps that get you off the
hamster wheel & into action. Whether you want to ride or work with your horse more at home or show at the highest levels
you don’t want to miss this class. (As a bonus this works for any change you’d like to make in your life!)
Your challenge for today: Start to create your personal GOAL Blueprint for the year. (let go of perfect- just pencil in ideas)
If you are an Equestrian Extraordinary Life Planner user…
your process could look like this…
  1. GOAL Blueprint Page
  2. ->”Annual Big Picture Page”
  3. ->then break that down for your “Monthly Strides master task list
  4. -> this gives you a list to pull from to keep you on track to put into your “Weekly Life Lists” (the left side of your weekly sheets)
  5. -> THEN pull it into your daily schedule

Can you see how you can do this to create more “flow” and keep you on track through the messy middle of creating your goals?

Here are your downloads for today…

Hint… there are tons of ideas of for filling out the worksheet above on pages 14-17, and also 26-40 in the .pdf below.

Day 5: Do it!
