Autumn Beauty is Here. Enjoy the time for change and release.

October is here and fall is in full swing. I love watching the autumn shift in nature. The cool wind has blown in, as if to refresh and revive. The leaves are all shifting to make a beautiful landscape. Nature has become a beautiful display for all to enjoy!

It makes way for changes. We see it in nature and it opens the door for changes and shifts within ourselves. What once was in now something different and new.

What will you change to new this season?

Will you follow in the changing of the leaves? Nature is asking and giving the opening to all to follow in her footsteps.

Let go of the old! Let go of what was……and let in the new. Enjoy the beauty of every moment that nature has given us to bring us joy.

I will… let go of that which no longer serves me…. Set it free and allow the wind to carry it away.

I would love to hear your thoughts on what you can shed for the wind to blow away. Make sure to comment below please!
