A new perspective to understand FEAR with your horse and in your life.

“Don’t let your fear of what could happen make nothing happen.”

We all have suffered from fear at different points in our lives, as well as with our horses.

Fear is an emotion that takes over and consumes us.

What can you do to help lessen the feeling of fear?

Learn to look at fear logically and not just strictly emotionally.

When you begin to break down the emotion and learn more about fear itself, you gain control through knowledge.

Fear and Vulnerability can be one in the same with how we feel and react to the emotion.

In this video I will share with you how to go deeper into breaking Fear and Vulnerability up into logically pieces to gain a new perspective and ability to understand the emotions.

By understanding the emotion, you can approach your fear and vulnerability from a new perspective to break through the barriers.

Today, look at fear and vulnerability in a new way….

Be aware when you begin to feel the emotion associated with them and honor how you feel. Allow yourself to step back and address what you are feeling in the moment.
